Senior Analyst, Content Analytics - Fixed Term Contract - 7 Months (Disney+)

Location: London, United Kingdom. The role is based in the London Hammersmith office four days per week, with Monday or Friday working from home.

What you will do

• Deliver timely analysis and insights on Disney+ content performance for programming, merchandising, marketing, and product teams.
• Apply advanced analytics methodologies and statistical models to understand user behavior and content engagement.
• Present clear findings, implications, and recommended actions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Looker and other tools.
• Support self-service analytics adoption and help teams interpret data-driven insights.
• Identify process improvements, scalable automation opportunities, and suitable approaches for one-off analyses.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytical insights.
• Extensive SQL experience with data visualization and dashboard development, primarily using Looker.
• Hands-on experience with statistical methods such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and segmentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as economics, mathematics, statistics, data science, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive use of AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate manual processes with sound judgment.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree in a relevant quantitative field.
• Experience with Python, R, or another statistical programming language.
• Analytics experience in the digital or entertainment industry.
