BIM Specialist I (Revit)

Location: Westbrook, Maine, United States. Onsite work in a company-designated office or field location. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year, paid weekly and commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Develop BIM models of new and existing electrical systems in commercial buildings with office and project staff.
• Support project coordination with other trades using Revit and Navisworks Manage.
• Produce dimensioned shop drawings for prefabrication and field installation.
• Prepare as-built record drawings and extract construction material quantities from Revit schedules.
• Assist BIM leads and managers with timely modeling and coordination deliverables.
• Provide accurate project information to field teams and maintain regular, predictable attendance.

Requirements

• Experience with Revit, including jobs, files, families, schedules, work sets, and electrical design tools such as conduit and cable tray.
• Proficiency with Navisworks Manage for project coordination, file setup, and clash detection.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam.
• Ability to extract accurate quantities and values for construction materials from Revit models.
• Electrical and general construction knowledge is preferred for understanding system constructability.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
