Telecommunications BIM Specialist (Revit)

What you will do

• Set up and manage Revit BIM models according to internal and client-specific standards.
• Coordinate structural, MEP, security, and ICT models in Navisworks and identify and resolve clashes.
• Create detailed 2D construction drawings and 3D content from design markups.
• Integrate telecommunications wiring, cabling, circuit links, and device equipment into digital models.
• Estimate design and modeling hours from project markups and verbal directions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and discipline leads to maintain accurate construction specifications.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of BIM design experience, including 3 years in telecommunications or ICT construction.
• High proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar markup and review software.
• Basic understanding of telecommunications cabling, device links, equipment connectivity, and signal flow.
• Knowledge of telecom-sector codes, standards, and specifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent, plus effective written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Specialized knowledge of data center environments.
• Experience modeling paging, intercom, and audio-visual systems.
• Familiarity with fire alarm, access control, and CCTV systems.
• Understanding of network components and system topology.
