Sales Enablement Specialist

Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia; onsite

What you will do

• Facilitate structured onboarding for new sales team members and support the transition to asynchronous, e-learning-based training.
• Coordinate training sessions, certifications, learning paths, calendars, feedback, and logistics.
• Maintain sales collateral including playbooks, scripts, decks, case studies, cheat sheets, and competitive battlecards.
• Manage and improve enablement tools including Sales Confluence, Salesforce Knowledge, and HiBob LMS.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, Talent Development, and the Manila-based Quality Assurance team to keep content accurate and aligned.
• Collect sales feedback and support enablement requests from sales leaders and representatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, learning and development, or administrative support.
• Experience in B2B sales environments or high-velocity sales teams.
• Experience creating or updating training documentation, knowledge bases, or onboarding checklists.
• Experience facilitating training, workshops, or group presentations.
• Strong organisational, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and LMS platforms.
