Call Center Project Coordinators (AI)

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers through phone and chat.
• Guide customers toward the right next step by clarifying goals, constraints, and missing information.
• Resolve simple issues, apply SOPs and workflow logic, and reduce unnecessary transfers.
• Use AI-assisted intake and routing tools while applying judgment to maintain quality.
• Document customer information accurately and create clear handoffs for sales and technical teams.
• Handle high volumes of inbound inquiries while identifying workflow gaps and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, empathy, and a learning mindset.
• Ability to manage high volumes while maintaining accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Confidence using multiple systems and tools at once.
• Adaptability when customer situations do not fit neatly into a script.
• Experience in customer operations, intake, support, or coordination is helpful.
• Experience with SOPs, CRMs, workflow tools, or AI-assisted workflows is beneficial.
