Client Service Rep (Virtual Shareholder Meetings)

Location: Hybrid in Edgewood, New York, United States; occasional onsite support for client events may be required.

Salary: $30–$33.65 per hour; bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Plan and organize Virtual Shareholder Meeting events, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and approvals.
• Coordinate event logistics and responsibilities across internal teams and external vendors.
• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and scheduled meetings to provide updates and prepare them for annual meetings.
• Build client relationships, advise on best practices, and manage expectations with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
• Monitor live events, troubleshoot real-time issues, escalate concerns, and support prompt resolution.
• Verify event information, test product enhancements, and collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Client Experience teams.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent events, deadlines, and time-sensitive issues in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability for hybrid work in Edgewood, NY and occasional onsite event support.
