Aviation Claims Analyst IV (Aviation Insurance)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; primarily in the office

Base salary for positions based in Chicago: $77,000–$97,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Manage and adjust aviation claims across all North American Aviation sub-classes, with a focus on general aviation and aircraft damage claims.
• Handle first-party and third-party aircraft physical damage claims.
• Identify and report claim trends, lessons learned, and risk management opportunities.
• Manage attorneys, experts, and other vendors to minimize total aviation claims costs.
• Provide effective feedback to internal stakeholders and support a client-focused claims proposition.

Requirements

• Strong technical aviation claims capability, particularly in North American general aviation claims.
• Experience managing and minimizing the total cost of aviation claims.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and brokers.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including explaining technical issues and solving problems.
• Computer proficiency and aptitude for claims systems.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time and priorities independently.
