What you will do

• Acquire, develop, retain, and deepen profitable treasury management relationships.
• Prospect for new clients, conduct sales activities, and prepare customer proposals.
• Price and structure treasury management products and cross-sell other banking products.
• Build relationships with regional partners and relationship managers to drive treasury management opportunities.
• Manage banker relationships through relationship plans, pipeline reviews, pre-call plans, partner plans, and joint calling.
• Track weekly and monthly sales results, support outbound calling initiatives, and mentor treasury management colleagues as needed.

Requirements

• Three or more years of banking experience focused on treasury management or cash management.
• Bachelor’s degree, or at least four years of banking and/or treasury management experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in the Huntsville office.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of treasury management experience.
• CTP or another professional designation.
