VP, Global Communications

Location: In-person role based at VXHQ in Hudson Yards, New York City; currently designated as hybrid and subject to in-office attendance requirements.

Base Salary: $175,000–$225,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead communications strategy, messaging, audience definition, and channel planning for VaynerX companies.
• Build brand reputation through external communications, industry events, executive positioning, media relations, press releases, and thought leadership.
• Manage corporate communications including award entries, case studies, industry relations, crisis management, and reputational risk response.
• Serve as a company spokesperson and trusted communications advisor to the CEO, C-suite, executives, and specialist leaders.
• Lead and develop the PR team, establish performance KPIs, and build talent pipelines across the PR function.
• Grow the VXPR business by expanding existing client relationships, developing new opportunities, and delivering PR services globally.

Requirements

• In-person presence at VXHQ in Hudson Yards, New York City is required, with hybrid workplace requirements currently applying.
• Strong experience leading PR and corporate communications strategies for organizations and brands.
• Experience with media relations, executive communications, thought leadership, crisis management, and reputation management.
• Ability to advise CEOs, C-suite executives, and specialist leaders while serving as a company spokesperson.
• Experience managing, mentoring, and developing PR professionals, including teams and dotted-line reports across international markets.
• Ability to grow client relationships and develop new PR business opportunities.
