Learning & Development Graphic Designer (Articulate 360)

What you will do

• Create visual assets for eLearning modules, instructor-led training, microlearning, video, and blended learning using Articulate 360.
• Design layouts and graphics for participant guides, job aids, infographics, workbooks, and other print training publications.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging, learner-friendly, and accessible visual formats.
• Establish and maintain visual standards, style guides, templates, and design systems for training content.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, editors, subject matter experts, and product development staff.
• Organize design files, asset libraries, and version-control workflows while supporting layout, graphics, and visual storytelling decisions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience designing both eLearning and print products.
• Portfolio demonstrating learning design work across multiple modalities.
• Strong knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, color theory, branding, and accessibility, including color contrast and alternative text.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as PowerPoint and Articulate Storyline or similar authoring tools.
• Ability to collaborate with instructional design teams, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and lead the development of new design systems.
• Remote work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience creating animations.
• Experience preparing files for print, determining print specifications, and conducting press checks.
