Senior Designer (AI)

Location: Remote - Texas, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support.

Salary: $97,600-$146,400 per year.

What you will do

• Enrich the hirify.global design system in Claude Design and build AI-powered self-serve templates for on-brand materials.
• Own brand governance in Frontify, including the brand modernization project.
• Lead website and SharePoint design across public and internal properties.
• Create digital, print, event, sales enablement, social, internal presentation, motion, webinar, podcast, and short-form video assets.
• Triage and prioritize a high-volume creative request queue in partnership with the Senior Director, project manager, and Content Marketing Manager.
• Direct contract and freelance designers and establish a reliable production bench.

Requirements

• 8+ years of brand or creative direction experience with strong hands-on production ability.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools.
• Experience with motion graphics or video production.
• Experience managing a high-volume, multi-stakeholder request queue with a defined intake process.
• Experience building reusable templates or design systems that allow non-designers to self-serve.
• Comfort using Claude, Claude Design, and other AI tools in design production and design-system work.

• Experience directing contract or freelance creative talent.
• Direct people-management experience.

• Experience with digital asset management and motion or video tooling.
