Graphic Designer (AI)

Location: Philippines, fully remote; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Pacific Time

Pay rate: ₱80,000–₱100,000 per month

What you will do

• Develop and execute advertising concepts within each brand’s visual standards.
• Create digital ads, social media content, and promotional videos for Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
• Use the proprietary AI advertising platform to support content creation.
• Adapt creative work to brand audiences, platform formats, and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate on paid marketing A/B tests to improve sales performance and customer experience.
• Coordinate with the Art Director and project coordinator on project requirements, timelines, deliverables, and assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of design experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating design process and execution.
• Advanced Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
• Strong typography, color, layout, branding, and detail-oriented design skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to work continuously from the Philippines on the required US Pacific Time schedule.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools and image generation.
• Active use of Facebook and Instagram with an understanding of audience preferences and content formats.
