What you will do

• Develop high-level creative concepts and concept-driven campaigns for programmatic and social advertising.
• Shape campaign creative across multiple digital placements, formats, and touchpoints.
• Build scalable design systems, visual territories, mood systems, and narrative guidelines.
• Translate strategic narratives into distinctive visual executions while protecting client brand identities.
• Collaborate with strategy, copywriting, motion, technology, traffic, account, and development teams.
• Use AI-powered content creation, prompting, and image generation tools to concept, visualize, and prototype solutions.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating concept-driven performance campaign creative, strong art direction, and scalable visual systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in an agency, in-house design studio, or related creative field.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience developing campaign-level creative, with strong photographic language and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with AI-powered content, prompting, and image generation.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in motion design or 3D.
