What you will do

• Drive continuous improvement in reticle process matching, tool health, defect containment, and lithography operations.
• Analyze complex process and performance data to improve yield and resolve reticle quality issues.
• Oversee equipment configuration, monitoring, recipe matching, tool installations, conversions, and qualifications.
• Collaborate with virtual factory partners, vendors, and internal engineering teams to implement permanent solutions.
• Develop models and systems for reticle changes and ongoing process health.
• Mentor junior engineers while supporting safety, quality, and productivity objectives.

Requirements

• US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, materials science, or a related field, plus 4+ years of wafer fabrication experience.
• Experience with reticle lithography, advanced data analysis, equipment troubleshooting, and model-based problem solving.
• Experience collaborating with vendors and engineering teams on quality and performance issues.
• Knowledge of lithography theory and reticle inspection methodologies.
• Experienced-hire profile; the role is performed on-site in the United States.

Nice to have

• Active US Government Security Clearance at Secret level or higher.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or a PhD.
• Expertise in photolithography reticle equipment, EUV processes, and immersion lithography.
• Experience with manufacturing science, capacity metrics, defect prevention, cross-functional leadership, and mentoring.
• Advanced use of JMP, SPC, MATLAB, and DOE methodologies.
