What you will do

• Lead silicon photonics I/O development and qualification.
• Own process integration for silicon photonic devices from development through customer engagement and production.
• Collaborate with device, process module, and packaging teams to drive I/O solutions.
• Drive technology cost reduction and process convergence.
• Support environmental, health, safety, and security requirements and programs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Degree in electrical engineering, materials science, solid-state physics, or a related engineering or physical science discipline.
• Professional experience in silicon photonics.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and structured problem solving.
• Background in photonics and CMOS device physics, semiconductor processing, and device characterization.
• Experience working with diverse teams, clients, and internal and external partners.
• Strong presentation and technical writing skills.
