Full-Stack Engineer (Growth)

What you will do

• Build and iterate activation, monetization, and retention experiences that convert first-time users into long-term users.
• Develop distribution features for user-built applications, including SEO, performance, social previews, sharing, email, and lifecycle journeys.
• Create marketplace and ecosystem features for publishing, discovering, and reusing applications, templates, components, and services.
• Implement profiles, reviews, and matching between builders and customers.
• Design monetization and pricing flows covering payments, subscriptions, access control, plans, paywalls, billing, and revenue sharing.
• Build analytics and experimentation foundations, including events, funnels, attribution, and A/B testing, while collaborating with design, marketing, partnerships, and support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and growing user-facing products in high-performing teams.
• Strong product sense and UX judgment for multi-sided systems involving creators, learners, and customers.
• Experience with data, funnels, analytics, attribution, experimentation, and A/B testing.
• Ability to collaborate across design, marketing, partnerships, support, and data functions.
• Pragmatic, detail-oriented approach to building reusable growth, ecosystem, and monetization tools.
• Professional English is required for the application and day-to-day company communication.
