Fund Services Plus Supervisor (Private Equity)

Salary: $81,400–$153,500 per year, plus discretionary bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, footnotes, accounting workpapers, and investor reporting packages.
• Manage day-to-day fund administration activities, including cash management, wire setup, management fees, carried interest and waterfall calculations, deal funding, and expense payments.
• Prepare and facilitate capital calls, distributions, subsequent closings, credit facility maintenance, and related processes in the fund administration platform.
• Support client onboarding by setting up investors, investments, reports, and the LP reporting portal.
• Respond to client and limited partner inquiries and maintain investor data.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax providers and help train junior staff after becoming established in the role.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant fund accounting or fund administration experience, preferably with private equity, real estate, or alternative investment funds.
• Ability to interpret and apply the financial and operational terms of limited partnership agreements.
• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and influencing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• CPA, CA, or progress toward a relevant professional certification is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Allvue, Yardi, Investran, eFront, or comparable fund accounting and administration platforms.
