Consultant, Fund Administrator, Integrated Portfolio Services (Financial Services)

Location: Chicago, IL; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $74,200–$126,200 USD per year in base pay.

What you will do

• Review monthly fund and business entity closing summaries.
• Analyze and report financial data for clients and their investors.
• Close monthly fund books and records through final performance figures.
• Prepare fund financial statements and work with external auditors on annual statements.
• Collaborate with clients and Hedge Fund Services teams to understand fund activities.
• Handle complex activities with significant financial, client, and internal business impact, including interaction with committees and senior management.

Requirements

• College or university degree or relevant proven work experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• In-depth functional or industry knowledge.
• Technical systems knowledge and the ability to adapt to change.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Relevant industry qualification, such as CPA, preferred.
