Creative Director (AI Video)

What you will do

• Set the creative vision and quality standards for AI-generated video and visual content.
• Create flagship campaign assets from concept and script through storyboard, direction, and final cut.
• Direct AI video production using tools such as Runway and Higgsfield.
• Build and manage a network of freelance creators and a social contractor, including briefing, directing, feedback, and payments.
• Partner with Demand Gen to test creative concepts across paid and organic channels and determine what to scale.
• Turn customer wins, research, and product launches into content for SMB, private practice, enterprise, and DSO audiences.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in creative production or creative direction.
• 2+ years of experience directing or managing other creators.
• Portfolio demonstrating finished AI video work and originated creative that performed.
• Ability to provide feedback that improves creative output and to defend creative decisions using performance data.
• Ability to study dental and healthcare audiences and maintain clinically accurate, non-deceptive content standards.
• Must be located in the United States for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Previous experience managing influencers and content creators.
• Experience building a creative production process from the ground up.
• Prior dentistry experience is not required.
