Motion & Content Production Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Own video, motion, and digital-first content production from concept, script, and storyboard through editing, grading, sound, and final delivery.
• Produce product demonstrations, launch videos, customer success stories, sales enablement content, thought leadership, internal communications, event content, and social video.
• Create motion graphics, product explainers, animated infographics, presentation animation, digital advertising assets, interactive demos, and rich-media content.
• Use Pencil and other approved GenAI tools for AI video generation, AI voice and narration, synthetic presenters, and image production; refine prompts and edit outputs to resolve errors.
• Adapt and master assets for multiple formats, channels, crops, and output specifications while producing template-based collateral, banners, presentations, email and web components, and event signage.
• Collaborate on reusable motion templates and toolkits, then take responsibility for Pencil administration, the template library, digital asset management, and visual quality review.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a motion designer, video producer, or content producer with a portfolio covering video production, motion graphics, product demonstrations, explainers, and AI-assisted work.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills across After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, plus working knowledge of Figma.
• Strong graphic design, layout, presentation design, editing, grading, sound design, and 2D animation skills.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI video and image tools such as Runway, Veo, Synthesia, or Adobe Firefly.
• Experience producing B2B marketing content and managing multiple projects from brief to delivery without sacrificing quality.
• Understanding of the legal and ethical considerations of AI-generated and synthetic media, including accessibility requirements such as subtitles and captions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Pencil or an equivalent AI creative platform, creative platforms, template systems, or digital asset management tools.
• Interaction design, rich-media builds, live-action filming, or 3D experience.
• Experience in financial services or another regulated sector, Canva Enterprise, and advanced AI-assisted production workflows.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards for video and motion content.
