Salary: $77,760 - $143,920

What you will do

• Develop and execute studio-wide communication strategies and public-facing narratives.
• Manage community engagement campaigns across digital and social platforms.
• Partner cross-functionally with development, marketing, and live operations teams to ensure accurate messaging.
• Translate complex development updates into clear, actionable communications for product launches and live patches.
• Monitor community sentiment and feedback to inform studio awareness and strategy.
• Support media training and spokesperson preparation for key announcements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in gaming, entertainment, or technology communications.
• Must be able to work onsite in Woodland Hills, CA four days per week.
• Expertise in social media, influencer programs, and traditional press ecosystems.
• Strong background in cross-functional collaboration and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Proven ability to translate technical development information into clear, player-facing messaging.
• Deep understanding of the Call of Duty franchise and Infinity Ward's role in the industry.
