Salary: $77,760 - $143,920 annually.

What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive studio communication strategies and public-facing narratives.
• Build and manage community engagement campaigns across social and digital platforms.
• Act as a cross-functional partner to bridge development, marketing, publishing, and player support teams.
• Translate complex development updates and patch notes into clear, impactful content for players.
• Monitor community sentiment and feedback to inform studio awareness and strategy.
• Collaborate on issue management and proactive player support initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in gaming, entertainment, or technology communications.
• Proven track record in executing effective communications and social media strategies.
• Expertise in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Strong writing, messaging, and verbal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer programs, and traditional press.
• Must be able to work onsite four days per week in Woodland Hills, CA.
