Software Developer in Test (C#)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work. Applicants permanently located outside Poland may not be considered.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated tests for hirify.global products and features.
• Design and implement tests while analyzing product source code.
• Enhance automated testing frameworks and modules.
• Build, manage, and support testing infrastructure and internal automation systems.
• Analyze test results and maintain the defects database.
• Collaborate with software development and QA teams across product projects.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of commercial experience in product testing, test automation, or software development; candidates with practical coding experience and a strong interest in testing may also be considered for junior roles.
• Programming experience in C#.
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Strong interest in writing high-quality code and developing programming skills.
• Analytical thinking, logical reasoning, curiosity, and the ability to understand how systems work.
• English proficiency for daily communication within international teams.

Nice to have

• C#/.NET Framework, LINQ, NUnit, Selenium WebDriver, and REST API testing with HttpClient.
• PowerShell and Git experience.
• Jenkins, TeamCity, or Azure DevOps experience.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
