Field Service Technician (Fuel Cell)

Location: Ochelata, Oklahoma, United States; onsite field service at a Walmart customer location

Pay rate: $24.50–$28.50 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain, install, diagnose, and repair fuel cell systems installed in electric lift trucks at the customer site.
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, evaluations, field retrofits, and software and hardware upgrades.
• Provide on-call and emergency customer support, including troubleshooting high-pressure hydrogen, electrical, cryogenic, gas, and fueling systems.
• Order parts and tools, maintain inventory, and complete incident reports, service logs, and site documentation.
• Communicate with customer personnel, hydrogen suppliers, regional service representatives, and lift truck operators regarding service and system performance.
• Follow field safety procedures, travel as required, and represent hirify.global professionally.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical electrical coursework.
• At least three years of direct mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience; formal training may be considered in lieu of direct experience.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly without assistance and provide a standard personal set of tools; specialized fuel cell tools are provided by hirify.global.
• General mechanical aptitude, computer skills with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, solve technical problems creatively, and maintain high quality and safety standards.

• Knowledge of lift truck operation and applications.
