Account Manager (AdTech)

Location: Remote within the United States

Hourly rate: $30–$50, depending on experience.

Work with the Global Business Team on programmatic advertising campaigns and partner account growth.

What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB clients through proactive account support.
• Own campaign execution in the MediaGo DSP, from trafficking display, native, and video campaigns through activation and optimization.
• Implement pixels and S2S post-backs and monitor campaign delivery and performance.
• Optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and pacing to achieve client KPIs.
• Troubleshoot creative disapprovals and technical delivery issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Algorithm, and Analytics teams while supporting client briefings, status calls, and performance reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B advertising sales or account management.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, cross-functional, and client-facing skills.
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets, manage time effectively, and work in a team-oriented environment.
