What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing queries and issues via chat, email, Zoom, or phone.
• Proactively identify solutions to resolve problems quickly and manage customer expectations effectively.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers through consistent and helpful communication.
• Diagnose and resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and identifying optimal solutions.
• Pinpoint customer needs and guide them in effectively using specific product features.
• Take full ownership of customer inquiries, providing updates and ensuring resolution throughout the troubleshooting process.

Requirements

• Obsessed with customer satisfaction and willing to go the extra mile.
• Confident in handling difficult conversations with demanding customers.
• Fluent in Dutch & French, working efficiency in English.
• Passionate about technology and providing high-quality customer experiences.
• Eager to learn and take on roles outside of your comfort zone with a can-do mentality.
• Knowledge of finance or accounting through experience or education.
