Curation Specialist, EMEA

Location: Remote, based anywhere in the United Kingdom; overlap with core EMEA business hours is required. Travel within EMEA and occasionally to global company gatherings is required, typically less than 10% of time and up to 15 days per year.

What you will do

• Translate EMEA customer and prospect learning goals into course mappings, curated lists, learning paths, and content recommendations.
• Advise EMEA Sales and Customer Success teams during customer conversations, pre-sales calls, RFPs, and presentations.
• Create reusable curation programs, documentation, resources, and best practices for delivery across EMEA markets.
• Manage relationships with EMEA publishers, coordinate internal support, provide feedback, and identify opportunities to strengthen the regional catalog.
• Surface content gaps and quality issues, including opportunities for localized content that meets regional language and regulatory needs.
• Maintain organized project and stakeholder communication records and contribute to curation process, product experience, and go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven examples demonstrating attention to detail, continuous improvement, motivation to support teammates, and a record of delivering excellent results.
• Ability to understand EMEA customer needs and curate e-learning curricula aligned with business skills training goals.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with customers, publishers, Sales, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom and able to overlap working hours with core EMEA business hours.
• Ability to travel for department and company events, typically less than 10% of working time.

Nice to have

• Experience with learning content, course catalogs, marketplace curation, or workforce development.
• Experience supporting multilingual or regionally localized learning programs.
• Experience working with publishers and creating customer-facing resources, webinars, or thought leadership.
