Finance Lead, Operations Support (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, monthly actuals review, risk management, and reporting for Global Technology & Products and allocation functions.
• Manage and support two financial analysts while fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and business partnership.
• Partner with Directors, VPs, and functional leaders across Engineering, Digital Engineering, IT, and Cybersecurity on workforce planning and cost optimization.
• Own allocation methodologies, governance processes, cost recovery models, transparency, and cost containment initiatives.
• Govern the financial treatment of cloud expenditures and develop recommendations on cloud consumption, optimization, and funding strategies.
• Support high-visibility global Finance and Technology initiatives, confidential mandates, and executive-level requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or operational environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel.
• Bilingual French-English communication skills required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, prioritization, and independent decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• CPA or CFA designation, or progress toward one.
• Experience with Oracle and/or Power BI.
• Experience managing people.
• Customer-oriented approach and experience working across hierarchical levels.
