SVP, MMD, Global Client Solutions (Media)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid approach with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning, activation, optimization, and delivery of global media campaigns for a major Nestlé client.
• Ensure contractual commitments, performance KPIs, investment pricing, quality standards, and measurable ROI are achieved.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on media trends, technologies, performance improvements, and future-focused strategies.
• Develop vendor partnerships, thought leadership, strategic workshops, and quarterly business reviews.
• Lead and develop diverse multi-market MM&D teams while improving workflows, resource allocation, training, and operational excellence.
• Identify organic growth opportunities, develop business cases and proposals, and coordinate integrated solutions across WPP capabilities.

Requirements

• Significant international media leadership experience with responsibility for large, global, multi-market teams.
• Deep knowledge of the global media landscape, media activation, data, technology, tooling, and marcomms agency environments.
• Proven experience leading large-scale organizational transformations, operating model changes, and operational improvements.
• Strong strategic, analytical, communication, decision-making, partnership, and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Practical experience applying Agile and Lean principles, including coaching teams on continuous improvement.
• Experience managing technical product specialists, subject-matter experts, and complex cross-functional teams.
