Keynote Demo Developer - Solutions, & Researching (Salesforce)

Location: Hybrid in Mexico City, with travel to domestic and international events at least 33% of the time.

What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end demo environments across Salesforce clouds and integrated third-party systems.
• Architect multi-product demo flows using Salesforce products, Slack, Tableau, and connected environments.
• Develop custom solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, declarative automation, and front-end web technologies.
• Own technical readiness for keynotes, including rehearsals, code freezes, environment locks, device support, and live show execution.
• Create setup guides, clickpath documentation, speaker driving guides, and technical coaching for rehearsals.
• Collaborate with product marketing, design, engineering, production, localization, and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform in development, administration, or solution architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative automation.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks, APIs, integrations, data modeling, and environment management.
• Ability to work under extreme time pressure and support high-stakes live event delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with marketing, design, product, and executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel at least 33% and work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Nice to have

• Experience with live product demonstrations for large audiences and multi-cloud Salesforce solutions.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, AI agents, agentic architectures, prompt engineering, and orchestration.
• Experience with Slack development, Tableau integration, Data Cloud, CDPs, scripting, browser extensions, and device management.
• Background in storytelling, presentation design, demo scripting, or creative production environments.
• Salesforce certifications, Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development experience.
