Software Engineer MTS - Keynote Demo (Salesforce)

Location: Hybrid in Mexico City, with at least 33% travel to domestic and international events

What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end demo environments across Salesforce clouds and integrated third-party systems.
• Architect multi-product demo flows and create Salesforce demo orgs, Slack workspaces, data models, personas, and connected environments.
• Develop custom solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, declarative automation, scripts, and browser extensions.
• Own technical readiness for keynotes through rehearsals, code freezes, environment locks, deployment coordination, and live show support.
• Create setup guides, clickpath documentation, driving guides, and technical coaching for speakers.
• Collaborate with product marketing, design, product engineering, production, localization, and leadership teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform in development, administration, or solution architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative automation.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with org setup, configuration, data modeling, environment management, APIs, integrations, and connected system architectures.
• Ability to work under extreme time pressure and support live event delivery, including flexible hours during event preparation.
• Willingness to travel at least 33% domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Experience building live product demonstrations for large audiences and multi-cloud Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with Agentforce, AI agents, agentic architectures, Slack, Tableau, Data Cloud, or CDPs.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation tools, Git, GitHub, CI/CD, mobile device management, or Salesforce certifications.
• Background in storytelling, presentation design, demo scripting, creative production, media, advertising, or events.
