Manager, Web & Marketing Platforms

hirify.global operates a marketing website and supporting marketing technology platforms.

What you will do

• Own the technical architecture, roadmap, development lifecycle, reliability, and ongoing evolution of the Next.js and Payload CMS marketing website.
• Architect, develop, review, test, deploy, maintain, and optimize scalable web applications and CMS functionality.
• Establish development standards, CI/CD processes, environment management, documentation, and release practices.
• Design and maintain integrations across APIs, CMS, search, CRM/MAP, analytics, consent, automation, and other marketing platforms.
• Own website performance, accessibility, technical SEO/AIO, security, GTM, GA4, consent management, and marketing measurement.
• Partner with Marketing, IT, Security, Legal, vendors, and external development partners while troubleshooting complex application, deployment, tracking, and data-flow issues.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional web development experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong experience with Next.js, modern application architecture, server/client rendering, and a headless CMS; Payload CMS experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, REST APIs, webhooks, Git workflows, code review, CI/CD, deployment environments, and production release management.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and SaaS platforms, troubleshooting production applications, and managing data, tracking, and deployment issues.
• Working knowledge of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, web performance, and web security practices.
• Familiarity with GTM, GA4, Google Consent Mode, cookie consent platforms, search technologies, cloud infrastructure, databases, automation platforms, and data pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience providing technical direction to developers, contractors, agencies, or vendors.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Copilot.
• Experience with Payload CMS, Algolia or comparable search platforms, and marketing technology integrations.
