Product and Process Engineer (CNC Programming)

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Evaluate, validate, document, and improve new and existing manufacturing processes.
• Program, set up, and troubleshoot CNC machines using CAD/CAM software, preferably ESPRIT.
• Manage released machines, tools, and production processes.
• Create work instructions, box counts, operator training documents, and other process documentation.
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Conduct competitive analysis and drive continuous improvement to reduce production waste.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience in a CNC setting.
• Experience with CNC programming, automated machinery, SolidWorks or equivalent 3D modeling software.
• Experience with PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, and Control Plans.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and solve complex technical problems analytically.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
