Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS)

What you will do

• Own and evolve AWS infrastructure with Terraform, including IAM, network segmentation, secrets management, and compliance guardrails.
• Design and improve GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines with SAST, secrets detection, container scanning, policy enforcement, and quality gates.
• Identify and remediate cloud misconfigurations using GuardDuty, Security Hub, Config, and related security practices.
• Define SLOs, build CloudWatch-based observability and alerting, and lead blameless post-mortems.
• Participate in on-call rotation and manage production incidents from detection through resolution and follow-up.
• Maintain build and release environments, develop client application automation and test tooling, and keep technical documentation current.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on DevOps or SRE experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS, ECR, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, EKS, and CloudFront.
• Advanced Terraform experience creating modular, reusable, and well-tested infrastructure code.
• Strong GitHub Actions experience with integrated security scanning; Jenkins experience is a plus.
• Hands-on cloud security experience with GuardDuty, Security Hub, Config, SCPs, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with Python, Go, or Bash, plus Linux administration and Docker container management.
• Experience with SRE practices, cross-platform compilation, code signing, software supply chain security, and daily use of AI coding assistants.

Nice to have

• BA/BS in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• AWS Professional-level certification such as Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Professional.
• Windows Server and Windows container experience.
