Production Support (Windows/Linux)

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal, 2–3 days per week. Candidates must already be based in Portugal and have Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Provide production support for Windows and Linux/Unix systems.
• Maintain and support application and web servers, including IIS, WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache, and Nginx.
• Work with SQL Server and Oracle databases in production environments.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, and releases according to ITIL practices.
• Monitor systems and provide on-call and out-of-hours support.
• Automate operational tasks using Python, Shell, Ansible, and Terraform.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in production support on Windows and Linux/Unix systems.
• Experience with application and web servers, including IIS, WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache, and Nginx.
• Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, change, and release management following ITIL.
• Fluent English at C1 level.
• Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon and eligibility to work in Portugal through Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

Nice to have

• Experience with Geneos, Dynatrace, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Automation experience with Python, Shell, Ansible, or Terraform.
