Team Lead – Network & Security Operations

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 15 NOC and SOC professionals.
• Manage the day-to-day operation of a 24/7 network and security operations function, including capacity planning, shifts, on-call coverage, and service continuity.
• Oversee enterprise network operations across WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, load balancing, DNS/DHCP, Wi-Fi, cloud networking, and datacentre infrastructure.
• Provide operational oversight of security monitoring, alert triage, investigations, endpoint security, SIEM operations, and IAM-related events.
• Lead major incidents, act as Incident Commander when required, and drive post-incident reviews and root cause analysis.
• Manage vendors and external service providers while improving procedures, documentation, automation, and operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in network operations, security operations, or a related technical environment.
• At least two years of experience in team leadership, coordination, or people management.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, incident response, security operations, and major incident and problem management.
• Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments such as AWS and/or Azure, plus familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, or equivalent SIEM and EDR technologies.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in both NOC and SOC environments.
• Experience with Juniper, Arista, Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, F5, Aruba, or Cloudflare.
• Security or networking certifications.
