Senior Control-M Operations Team Lead (IT Infrastructure)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work model. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do

• Lead the operability and support of RUN OPEN solutions, including CMDB updates, documentation, and vulnerability management.
• Define, schedule, execute, and monitor batch jobs using Control-M.
• Respond to abends, dependency anomalies, SLA breaches, and other incidents, including recovery activities.
• Manage file transfers, monitor system resources, and trigger performance interventions.
• Provide technical support to application teams during go-lives and process improvements.
• Develop operational procedures and performance and availability reports while collaborating with project teams on integrated DevOps solutions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in IT operations, batch processing, and control systems.
• Strong expertise in Control-M or similar workload automation tools.
• Experience with incident management, system monitoring, and operational support.
• Ability to manage and optimize complex processing chains.
• Communicative English and French are required.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.

Nice to have

• Control-M or ITIL certifications and additional training.
• Experience with CMDB management or vulnerability assessments.
• Knowledge of scripting or automation tools for batch processing.
