Solution Manager (Payments)

What you will do

• Define and drive end-to-end solution and architecture strategies for card issuing platforms.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and architecture deliverables at platform and division level.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Solution Managers and Business Analysts.
• Manage platform-level risks, define mitigation strategies, and coordinate with architecture and operations stakeholders.
• Present solution proposals to senior stakeholders and align executive business, product, and technical teams.
• Guide Product Owners and development teams in an Agile at Scale and DevOps organization while contributing to product strategy and roadmap development.

Requirements

• Strong background in Information Systems with the ability to operate at architecture and management level.
• Extensive experience in Requirements Engineering, Information Analysis, and Functional Design in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Deep knowledge of card issuing and issuing processing platforms, including card lifecycle, authorization, clearing and settlement, payment schemes, EMV, tokenization, and digital issuance.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring teams and driving alignment across multiple units, divisions, and geographies.
• Experience in banking systems, payment solutions, technical architecture definition, security, compliance, scalability, and risk management.
• 7–10 years of IT experience in banking or payment processing, including several years in a lead or managerial capacity. Fluency in English is required.
