Focus on optimizing staff planning models, managing HCM authorizations, analyzing reporting results, and coordinating complex HR data processes with global stakeholders.
Location: Remote work in Germany; Pécs, Hungary; Hamburg, Germany; or Porto, Portugal

What you will do
- Deliver high-quality HR reports while meeting regulatory and data protection requirements.
- Integrate data sources and ensure consistent data quality for complex reporting requirements.
- Automate and standardize routine reporting processes.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize workforce planning and forecasting.
- Prepare monthly closing activities and HR-related accrual calculations.
- Manage SAP HCM authorizations, analyze reporting results, and provide recommendations to HR management while collaborating with HR, IT, Finance, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification, with extensive experience in HR controlling or a related role.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP HCM and several years of experience in workforce planning and forecasting.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of numbers and data-driven HR models.
- Fluent spoken and written English; German is an advantage.
- Excellent Excel skills and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
- Basic SAP HCM authorization management knowledge is desirable.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP BW and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of German.
