Product Owner (Payments)

What you will do

• Maximize business value by ordering and prioritizing the product backlog for the True International Payments domain.
• Create and maintain epics, features, user stories, and tasks.
• Align business, IT, risk, legal, compliance, audit, finance, tax, sales, service consumer, and service provider stakeholders.
• Resolve product development impediments and manage the backlog in response to changing priorities.
• Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are delivered, including security, resilience, performance, contractual, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Build a strong foundation with development and operations teams while maintaining control over risk and compliance.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master.
• Strong backlog management skills, including prioritization, refinement, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience working in Agile environments within a corporate setting.
• Proactive, organized, pragmatic, resilient, and able to deliver results accurately and on time.
• Excellent English.

Nice to have

• Experience guiding onshore and offshore teams.
• Experience with payment services, especially international, instant, or domestic payments.
• Knowledge of the payments domain, preferably international payments.
