Senior Partner Solutions Engineer (AI/MCP)

What you will do

• Own technical and business relationships across a portfolio of technology partners, including project plans, roadmaps, strategic conversations, and technical scoping.
• Define integration and MCP-based solution architectures, API surfaces, data flows, and integration points.
• Build prototypes and proofs of concept to validate integration approaches and clarify design decisions.
• Create technical specifications and documentation that partner engineering teams and hirify.global R&D can use for production implementation.
• Review partner-built integrations for code quality, security posture, API usage, architecture, and customer value.
• Collaborate with R&D, Solutions Architects, and Sales Engineering through build, launch, and partner support.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a software engineer, solutions engineer, or in technical partnerships or integrations.
• Experience scoping technical integrations, handing work off to engineering teams, and managing related partner relationships.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, webhooks, modern AI and developer tools, and prototyping in third-party codebases.
• Working knowledge of AI and LLM concepts, plus hands-on experience with the MCP framework.
• Strong technical writing skills and the ability to work independently across ambiguous and well-scoped problems.
• Ability to translate business and product discussions into technical feasibility, architecture, and delivery plans.

Nice to have

• Experience auditing third-party integrations for security or architecture.
• Experience with headless CMS or headless commerce integration patterns.
• Background in developer relations or technical partnerships.
• Production experience with hirify.global or custom solutions built with hirify.global.
