AI Solutions Engineer

What you will do

• Build LLM-powered internal tools for document processing, data extraction, classification, reporting, and internal chat interfaces.
• Integrate internal systems through APIs and MCP connectors, including Jira, Confluence, Slack, BambooHR, CRM platforms, and databases.
• Develop scripts, agents, integrations, and mini-services that address practical needs across Finance, Legal, Operations, and Support.
• Turn prototypes into usable solutions for non-technical teams and hand them over to support.
• Analyze existing workflows before automating them and take solutions from initial idea through end-user adoption.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with Python or TypeScript, APIs, SQL, and Git.
• Ability to deploy solutions independently and work autonomously from problem definition to delivery.
• Production experience with LLMs, including prompting, structured output, RAG, tool calling, model-error handling, and quality evaluation.
• Daily use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or payments, including compliance constraints and sensitive data.
• Experience rolling out solutions, training users, gathering feedback, and measuring impact.
