Lead Forward Deployed Engineer (USA)

Location: USA; remote with occasional travel to client sites across Europe, typically around 3 days every couple of months

Salary: $190,000–$210,000 per annum

What you will do

• Lead and guide technical and development teams.
• Build an Agentic AI platform hands-on.
• Translate business and technical requirements into impactful applications.
• Deploy and implement platform solutions within customer environments.
• Work directly with clients during delivery and implementation.

Requirements

• Strong commercial Python experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes.
• Strong platform and infrastructure understanding.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude or Copilot.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
• At least 2 years of technical and people leadership experience.

Nice to have

• FastAPI experience.
