QC Failure Analyst

Location: Niagara Falls, New York, United States; onsite position. Applicants must qualify as U.S. Persons under 22 C.F.R. §120.15.

Pay range: $19–20 per hour

What you will do

• Log and track customer complaints in the CAPA system.
• Conduct failure analysis and prepare 8D corrective action reports.
• Perform inspections and testing to support root cause investigations.
• Maintain accurate complaint and corrective action records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and verify corrective actions.
• Assist with or perform internal quality audits.

Requirements

• U.S. Person eligibility is required because the position involves information regulated by ITAR and/or EAR.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a technical or related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including spreadsheets, word processing, and email.
• Effective communication and collaboration with coworkers, customers, and suppliers.
• Familiarity with root cause analysis, 5 Whys, 8D, inspections, and basic measurement and testing equipment.
