What you will do

• Learn about gearbox products and components for onshore wind turbines.
• Support the technical design of production processes and create related 2D and 3D materials.
• Create and update standardized technical work instructions.
• Participate in prototype execution, validations, and new-product industrialization.
• Coordinate plant activities and document actions, risks, deviations, and improvement proposals.
• Develop knowledge of APQP methodology and PLM@Wind product maturation and industrialization processes.

Requirements

• Student, intern, or apprentice status suitable for a dual-study program.
• Solid understanding of office software and technical office practices.
• Experience defining processes within production teams.
• Familiarity with APQP methodology and preventive quality practices.
• Ability to develop and execute validations and prototypes.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards, lean manufacturing, and team coordination is beneficial.
