EME Systems Engineering (Electromagnetic Protection) (CST/FEKO/CATIA/Matlab): Developing electromagnetic protection solutions and antenna integration for aircraft structures and systems across military programs, with an accent on requirements capture, platform-level integration, and aircraft certification. Focus on electromagnetic simulation, compliance with DO-160 and MIL-STD standards, and solving complex design challenges throughout the complete development V cycle.
Location: Getafe, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working when possible.

What you will do
- Manage electromagnetic protection disciplines for aircraft structures, systems, and equipment.
- Integrate antennas at platform level across military aircraft programs.
- Develop complex design solutions through the complete development V cycle, from requirements capture to certification, delivery, and in-service support.
- Perform electromagnetic simulation, modelling, CAD management, computational analysis, and post-processing using advanced tools.
- Collaborate with multicultural and multidisciplinary engineering teams on research, technology, and development projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics.
- At least five years of engineering experience with a strong background in electromagnetism, aircraft design, and electromagnetic protection.
- Knowledge of platform-level integration, including specification, validation, verification, certification, and qualification.
- Experience with CST, FEKO, CATIA, Matlab, C#, and related computational tools.
- Knowledge of DO-160, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464, CS/FAR25, and other aircraft certification and equipment qualification standards.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
