Web Developer (Astro/SvelteKit/TypeScript)

Location: Remote within Germany; hybrid or completely on-site work is also available due to proximity to company locations.

What you will do

• Develop new features for the website using Astro, SvelteKit, and TypeScript.
• Shape the website architecture and contribute to technical decisions.
• Use AI-assisted and agentic coding tools as part of daily development.
• Test, deploy, and operate features through continuous delivery.
• Monitor production behavior and resolve operational issues from the first commit through stable operation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on web development experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Strong expertise with Astro, SvelteKit, including SSG and SSR, and TypeScript.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms, ideally PayloadCMS, as well as Git and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude or OpenCode and an AI-forward mindset.
• Fluent German and English.
• IT-related education or equivalent practical experience, with strong ownership, analytical, communication, and customer-focused skills.

Nice to have

• Kubernetes and Docker experience.
• Knowledge of agile development processes.
• Terminal power-user skills with tools such as Neovim or tmux.
