Head of Product Design

Location: Remote from anywhere in Brazil, with optional access to the São Paulo office and partner coworking spaces. The Work From Anywhere program allows remote work from anywhere in the world for up to 90 days per year.

What you will do

• Lead a six-person product design team and own the success and impact of the design scope.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and other leadership teams on product strategy and execution.
• Develop and communicate the experience vision and direction for the assigned problem space.
• Shape complex cross-functional initiatives and ensure unified, high-quality customer experiences.
• Allocate people and effort across projects according to priorities and expected impact.
• Support team growth, create development opportunities, and address performance issues.

Requirements

• Solid product design experience demonstrated through case studies or a portfolio.
• Experience translating customer needs into innovative, user-friendly designs for developer tools.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary product design teams and developing designers.
• Ability to influence teams toward customer-focused, data-driven design and development.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes.
• English proficiency is mandatory.
