Junior Lawyer (iGaming)

What you will do

• Research legislation, regulatory frameworks, and legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare and review commercial agreements, legal memoranda, and compliance documentation.
• Support licensing and regulatory procedures, including documentation preparation and coordination.
• Track legislative and regulatory developments and assess their potential business impact.
• Assist with international and cross-border legal projects, including research, drafting, and administrative support.
• Handle professional correspondence with clients, regulators, external business partners, and senior lawyers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
• Good written and spoken English for legal research, document preparation, and professional communication.
• Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to work with legislation and complex legal information.
• Careful, structured approach to documentation with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to organize multiple assignments, prioritize work, and meet agreed deadlines.
• Clear communication, collaboration, responsibility, proactivity, and willingness to learn about unfamiliar jurisdictions and regulatory topics.

Nice to have

• Practical experience as a lawyer, paralegal, legal assistant, or in a similar legal position.
• Exposure to corporate, commercial, international, or IT law.
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages.
