TL;DR
Technical Compliance Analyst (iGaming): Monitoring regulatory changes and translating international gambling requirements into actionable technical compliance measures with an accent on certifications, security standards, and market-specific gap analyses. Focus on coordinating audits for ISO 27001, RNG, and change management processes, collaborating with testing laboratories, and aligning requirements across development, DevOps, security, and legal teams.
Location: Work from home, the office, or a mix of both.

What you will do
- Monitor regulatory updates across jurisdictions including MGA, DGOJ, SRIJ, the Danish Gambling Authority, and ADM, assessing compliance impacts and operational gaps.
- Manage audits and lifecycle compliance for Change Management Process, ISMS/ISO 27001, RNG, and other technical and security certifications.
- Collaborate with independent testing laboratories throughout certification and audit processes.
- Draft, review, and update internal compliance procedures and technical security policies.
- Evaluate requirements for new jurisdictions and translate regulations into actionable technical requirements.
- Align compliance requirements and processes across development, DevOps, security, business, technical account management, and legal teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical compliance, QA engineering, or technical auditing within the iGaming industry.
- Experience performing gap analyses, maintaining change management records, and analyzing market-specific regulatory requirements.
- Direct experience collaborating with independent testing laboratories.
- Working familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001 standards and RNG systems.
- In-depth understanding of key iGaming regulatory frameworks, including MGA, DGOJ, SRIJ, the Danish Gambling Authority, and ADM.
- Advanced Russian and English proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical technical auditing experience.
