Technical Compliance Specialist (iGaming)

Location: Remote, St. Julian's, Malta

What you will do

• Provide independent oversight and assurance that products comply with technical requirements.
• Research technical regulations for existing and new markets and coordinate compliant solutions with stakeholders.
• Conduct technical compliance gap assessments across relevant jurisdictions and markets.
• Advise product, engineering, and other departments on interpreting regulations, standards, and technical requirements.
• Assess product compliance and operational risks, schedule compliance activities, and report identified gaps.
• Interact with regulators and external B2B suppliers and drive implementation of compliant technical solutions.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a technical compliance role within iGaming.
• Experience working in an ISO 27001-compliant environment.
• Ability to translate technical compliance requirements into clear development specifications for engineering teams.
• Understanding of the B2B iGaming business framework, best practices, standards, and requirements.
• Strong planning, organisation, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal management while contributing to a hands-on team.
